HR Associate

We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join our team and lead HR initiatives. In this role, you will work directly under top management and will be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, development of company culture, management of employees' morale, implementation of HR initiatives, and other administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the best talent for our organization 

  • Create, implement and enforce HR policies and procedures 

  • Drive the development of employee training and development programs, including orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training 

  • Take ownership of employee morale and engagement, conduct employee surveys, and implement strategies to foster a positive company culture 

  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including investigations, providing guidance to managers, and developing action plans 

  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback 

  • Oversee employee records, including timekeeping, leave tracking, and other HR data 

  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by top management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in distribution or the automotive industry 

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations 

  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for driving results 

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in leading HR initiatives
