Accounts Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Associate to join our team and support our accounting and financial management activities. In this role, you will be responsible for billing, accounts receivable, payment tracking and follow-up, and financial analysis. You will work independently and lead initiatives to improve our financial processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Follow up on accounts receivable and ensure timely payment from customers
Track and record payments and update accounts receivable database
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights and analysis to management
Perform financial analysis to support business decisions, including revenue analysis and forecasting
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Work independently and lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in distribution or the automotive industry
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
